"I was visiting family in Wisconsin and a tree fell on my car just days before my drive back to Virginia. The glass place the insurance company listed could not schedule my car for repair until the day I was supposed to drive home. I called Premier Auto Glass and they had me bring the car in that same day and even though there was more damage than anticipated, they were able to obtain the parts and have them delivered overnight. They had my car ready in less than 3 days. Their staff was exceptional to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service."

"I recently had my windshield replaced by Premier Auto Glass in Waukesha. From this experience I discovered - Wow! Customer Service is not dead !! I called on a Wednesday, Jeff made an appointment for me on Friday morning. I arrived at a little late and they made no fuss with me about it. Got my car in and out in about 25-30 mins. the shop and waiting area is really nice, with many creature comforts. Jeff was super to work with, the work was excellent and it was very reasonable price. Couldn't have had a better experience. Will go there again and highly recommend."

"I called about getting a chipped windshield repaired. I was informed that the charge for a polymer repair was 65$ and couldnt be guaranteed because of the nature of the repair. They got me in early in the morning. The repair took 15 minutes. When the gentleman brought my truck around, he told me mine was one of the worst chips he'd ever seen. He was leery about whether or not the repair would hold and told me there was NO CHARGE! I was floored. It's one thing to be upfront and honest with your customers, but he went above and beyond. Please stop and see these guys if you need glass repair. I can't promise it will be free, but I am sure you will be happy with their service, honesty, and clean waiting area and restroom. I can't say enough good things about Premier Auto Glass."

"Very high quality work. They took care of a complex issue involving changes in rain and light sensors on an Audi. This required them sourcing a specific glass, and, unfortunately, cost them quite a lot out of their own pockets. I wasn't aware of the lengths they needed to go to to make an excellent repair, as they didn't make a big deal of the efforts they went through. I didn't know they installed a much more expensive, original type, glass at their expense because they didn't brag and pose about it - they just took care of it. Very, very happy with them."

I called Premier Auto Glass late on a Friday afternoon, and the owner agreed to come in on Saturday morning, even though they aren't typically open on Saturdays. I waited in a clean, well-lit waiting room while the work was being completed, which took about an hour. They did a great job and I thought the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!"

They even agreed to stay past close just to hand me my keys because I would be late coming from work. This is the first time my car has been broken into and they made it much less stressful.
